Control Access to Integration Run Details

How to control access to details about integration runs.

You can restrict access to integration run details in the Run Summary so that people can view only the integrations and data that they run and not the integrations and data that other people run.

Otherwise, anyone who can view and run integrations can view detailed information from integrations that were run by anyone in the organization. As a result, people can access data that they should not be able to view.

Example: People who have access to integration runs can view run details for integrations that were initiated by others. These details may contain sensitive information — such as wage and absence information — which should not be visible to all.

To limit the data that people can access, do the following:

  1. Click Tap Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Access Profiles > Function Access Profiles.
  2. Select the profile. Click Tap Edit.
  3. To make this profile the default profile, select Default.
  4. From Function, select Manager— Common Setup.
  5. In Integrations > View my integration runs only> Access Scope, select Allowed to turn on the restricted access.
  6. Click Tap Save & Return.
