Soft Key Schedules

A soft key schedule specifies the time range that a soft key is available for employees to access. For example, you could use a soft key schedule to:

  • Restrict access to View Timecard transactions during busy shift changes to minimize waiting and enable employees to punch in or out quickly.
  • Allow employees to view their time cards only during breaks.

Use the Soft Key Schedules Editor to display the list of existing soft key schedules and to begin the process of creating or editing schedules.
